Superintendent

The Superintendent will lead daily jobsite management in Austin, TX, coordinating with Project Managers and Trade Partners to deliver high-quality, on-time, on-budget construction. Responsibilities include guiding trade partners with timely information, managing control points, layout lines, and conflict resolution; ensuring work aligns with architectural/structural drawings and project specifications; driving schedule progress and removing blockers; maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites; managing punch lists to completion; submitting RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and verifying installations; coordinating material purchases and deliveries; preparing samples for client and design team decisions; leading on-site collaboration with PMs, trade partners, and design teams; and performing self-perform tasks as needed to ensure quality and timely project completion.
