Job Summary
Oversee and manage on-site construction of single-family homes and/or townhomes; coordinate subcontractors’ schedules; ensure timely completion and compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards; inspect work, organize homeowner orientations, and schedule warranty repairs; enforce safety and permit requirements; foster positive stakeholder relationships and drive adherence to company policies while seeking process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of progressive leadership experience in residential construction
- Production home construction experience is preferred
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Exposure to Construction applications and MS Office Suite
