Job Summary
Oversee electrical and instrumentation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising crew performance, enforcing electrical safety standards, scheduling tasks, directing electrical staff hiring/training, interpreting blueprints and specifications, coordinating procurement and project tracking, monitoring progress and budgets, pursuing business development, maintaining client satisfaction, and attending progress meetings. Requires extensive travel throughout the Southeast (FL, GA, NC, SC, VA) and proven leadership of EE teams, with strong communication, problem solving, and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrical foreman or superintendent
- Minimum 5 years successfully leading highly innovative and productive EE teams
- Fluent in the use of MS Office and other software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Standard First Aid/CPR with AED, OSHA 30, and Safeland, with preference for OSHA500
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Completion of a criminal background check, with results assessed based on relevance to the position
- Verification of a clean driving record, as defined by company standards
