Superintendent

Direct electrical construction activities including wiring, terminations, input-output connections, troubleshooting, and panel installation in the shop and field. Prepare project execution plans covering scheduling, manpower, and equipment; coordinate production and resolve conflicts with trades and the general contractor. Schedule and direct personnel and subcontractors, interpret specifications, and create weekly workplans. Inspect work in progress for quality and schedule adherence, review daily production reports, and manage material purchases. Train electricians and helpers while maintaining relationships with owner's representatives and other superintendents. Utilize tools to track workforce, manage punch lists, and coordinate with BIM modeling teams for 3D layout reviews.
