Job Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance and operations of a 7-story, 185-unit affordable housing property. The role includes overseeing apartment turnovers, coordinating preventive maintenance, maintaining inspection logs, managing inventory for maintenance supplies, and assisting in interviews for maintenance staff. The Superintendent must ensure the property meets safety standards and respond to emergencies. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and supervisory experience are essential, along with active S13 and S12 certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Active S13 Standpipe and S12 Fire Sprinkler Certifications
- Supervisory experience required
