Job Summary
HR Superintendent – Blackwater Mine leads day-to-day HR delivery on site, guiding a HR team to drive culture, performance, and workforce outcomes. Partners with operational leaders, oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance and compliance, and provides expert Employee Relations/Industrial Relations guidance. Focus areas include workforce planning, capability uplift, succession, safety, leadership coaching, and building a positive site culture. The role sits within a mining/heavy industry context and includes a relocation package and parental leave benefits. The position requires HR leadership experience in mining/resources, strong ER/IR capabilities, influence, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
