Superintendent of Grounds - Non - Certified

Oversee daily Grounds department operations for a Marriott golf property, supervise maintenance tasks such as fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, mowing, raking and spraying; direct and assist with maintenance/repair of equipment; manage budgets and inventory; ensure lawns and plantings are healthy and compliant with safety standards; lead landscaping team, develop goals, and ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction; coordinate with the Director of Grounds and Human Resources to train and develop staff, uphold safety policies, and maintain records and permits.
