Job Summary
Assist Project Managers with delivery of quality new construction homes by providing construction site assistance, maintaining job site safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options. Maintain construction schedules and participate in pre-construction meetings, pre-settlement walks, and weekly community meetings. Attend training classes to support career advancement. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and one year of residential construction experience or a relevant degree.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- 1-year Residential Construction Experience, Industry Experience
- Residential Construction Management AA or BS degree
