Job Summary
Assist Project Manager(s) with the delivery of quality, new construction homes. Maintain construction-site safety and cleanliness; ensure compliance with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options. Attend and participate in training classes; participate in pre-construction meetings and pre-settlement walkthroughs with customers; participate in weekly community meetings. Maintain construction schedules; must have a valid driver’s license. Read and comprehend construction blueprints and development plans; work well under pressure; be highly organized and a strong team player focused on customer service and collaboration with diverse groups.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- 1-year Residential Construction Experience
- Residential Construction Management AA or BS degree
