Job Summary
Assist Project Manager(s) with the delivery of quality, new construction homes; maintain the job site and model home safety and cleanliness; ensure home construction complies with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options; participate in training classes for career advancement; may participate in pre-construction meetings and pre-settlement walk-through meetings with customers; participate in weekly community meetings; maintain construction schedules; read and fully comprehend construction blueprints/specifications and development plans; requires a valid driver’s license; minimum education includes high school diploma or GED and 1-year residential construction experience or a Residential Construction Management AA/BS degree; strong teamwork, customer-service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- 1-year Residential Construction Experience or Industry Experience
- Residential Construction Management AA or BS degree
- Must have valid driver’s license
