Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate a multi-shift production environment by guiding a team of Production Supervisors to meet daily targets, drive operational efficiency and profitability, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Lead training and continuous improvement efforts, manage staffing and production schedules to meet customer needs, develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs, uphold USDA and company regulations, and drive line-level performance and plant efficiency through regular meetings and strong leadership on the production floor. Open to travel up to 10% and relocation is available. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, OSHA/USDA/HACCP standards, SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to train and mentor staff are highly valued. The role emphasizes building a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering high-quality products on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project
- Experience using a variety of computer applications, including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office programs
- Open to travel up to 10% of the time
