Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Job Summary
Own the critical middle phases of construction for The Waters at Fayetteville, ensuring safe, efficient progress from open wall through insulation while maintaining Stoa quality standards. Coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and subcontractors to maintain production flow, execute scheduled work, and resolve schedule risks before they impact the project. Complete Procore phase inspections, track observations, and manage as-built documentation for assigned areas. Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and enforce OSHA safety practices throughout all phases. Partner with the Lead and Assistant Superintendents to keep multiple buildings progressing according to schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, open wall sequencing, inspections, and jobsite execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive working relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
