Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Orlando, FL

Interact with subcontractors and partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management. Provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time while performing on-site Superintendent duties. Multifamily construction experience is required, with Southeastern Construction experience and Podium/Wrap project background preferred. This role requires strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.
