Job Summary
As our Superintendent you will oversee a brand new luxury multifamily project in San Diego, coordinating and supervising all field work performed by subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, safe completion and delivery of a high-quality product. You will report to the Lead Superintendent and partner with the Project Manager and team to drive project success. The role requires experience with subterranean parking structures and Type 3 framing, proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam, OSHA 30 certification, and strong English communication skills. Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and rough trades, along with the ability to coordinate multiple crews and vendors, are essential to success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of large, multi-family construction experience as a Superintendent
- Procore

- OSHA 30
- Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and rough trade work
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally
