Job Summary
Interact with subcontractors and partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management. Provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time while performing on-site Superintendent duties. Multifamily construction experience is required, with podium and wrap experience highly preferred; Austin experience is also a plus. This role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive.
