Job Summary
Oversee multi-site construction projects from mobilization to final turnover, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Develop the 3-week schedule and JHA prior to start, manage site logistics, ensure site signage and safety compliance, maintain As-Built sets, lead weekly subcontractor coordination, issue safety warnings when needed, conduct accident investigations, and drive closeout activities including punch list and client turnover. Proficient with RedTeam and Procore, with strong leadership and communication to manage field operations, RFIs, and safety programs across nationwide projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., RedTeam, Procore, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA30 certification and other relevant safety training is preferred.
- PMP, CCM or CSM is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding with construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Proven experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Strong track record of maintaining compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
