Job Summary
On-site Superintendent leading multi-family, self-storage, and retail construction projects in the Greater Seattle area (Everett, WA). Responsible for overall site supervision, applying structural engineering principles to project design, performing construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, structural inspections), maintaining production schedules, managing timekeeping and subcontractor performance, and coordinating with city officials for inspections. Requires strong knowledge of concrete, earthwork, and building codes related to post-tension foundations and commercial framing; must mentor personnel, ensure safety and quality, and proficiently use Microsoft Suite. OSHA 10, First Aid, CPR certifications and a valid driver’s license are required. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with medical/dental/vision, 401k with employer match, generous PTO/holidays, and vehicle allowance offered. Able to work on-site in Everett, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated construction supervision experience in commercial and multi-family construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete, earthwork, and large job infrastructure
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of building blueprints, maps, and color charts
- Ability to manage, supervise, mentor personnel
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, budget/cost control, quality control
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Maintain OSHA 10, First Aid, CPR certifications
- Must have valid driver’s license
