Job Summary
Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, developing schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers while enforcing strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Review project plans and specifications, proactively addressing issues to avoid delays, and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams, and promptly resolve on-site challenges to maintain project timelines and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential multifamily construction as a Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
