Job Summary
Seasoned Superintendent leads on-site construction operations for multi-family projects in Seattle, overseeing safety, scheduling, and quality while coordinating with the Project Manager and subcontractors. Responsible for site mobilization, reviewing plans for constructability, developing CPM and short-interval schedules, enforcing OSHA safety standards, overseeing inspections, managing payments and material costs, and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and field staff. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to oversee subcontractors and multiple priorities in a ground-up multi-family setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years' experience in ground up construction with a focus on multi-family construction (framing, concrete, earthwork)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple priorities effectively
- OSHA First Aid/CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Proven commitment to safety, quality, and integrity
