Superintendent - Millwright

Job Summary
As Superintendent, you own the jobsite from pre-mobilization through punch list. You design the production layout, structure the crews, set the pace, and eliminate bottlenecks before they cost us hours. You report to the Project Manager and work alongside a tight-knit field team. Responsibilities include production system design (zoning, crew deployment, material flow, equipment placement), jobsite setup before crews ramp, daily/weekly production targets, safety enforcement, field reporting, schedule management, client communication, mentoring foremen and tradesmen, coordinating with PM on material deliveries, identifying change orders, driving punch list completion, and pursuing continuous improvement. Requirements include 5+ years in process/utility piping, multi-crew leadership, Procore (or similar), DOT certification, travel, knowledge of pipe systems and welding, blueprint reading, and a valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 preferred. Travel coast-to-coast with flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable field experience in process or utility piping construction
- Procore or similar project management software
- DOT certification
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Strong technical knowledge of process systems, FDA, USDA, 3-A sanitary welding, and industrial installations a plus
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
