Job Summary
As a Pipeline Electrical/Industrial Superintendent at Michels Power, Inc., you will be responsible for planning resource availability through local unions, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, and working with the General Foreman to optimize crew efficiency. The role requires 10 to 15 years of direct field experience in electrical and industrial roles, along with 5 to 10 years of experience as a General Foreman with the IBEW. Strong leadership, safety mindset, communication, and scheduling skills are essential, along with a valid driver license.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 Years of Electrical/Industrial Direct Field Experience performing the work
- 5 to 10 years of General Foreman Experience with the IBEW
- Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations
- Industrial Experience in Gas Generation and Power Generation
- Experience working with the IBEW Union Halls & Referral Systems
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
- A strong Safety Leadership mindset
- Ability to update progress reports & forecast manpower
