Job Summary
Directly supervise the field labor force and craft workers to achieve timely and profitable project completion. Manage schedules and subcontractors while coordinating with architectural trades. Apply detailed planning to understand plans and specs, ensuring strong adherence to contracts and exhibits. Lead the team with strong organizational skills and client service capabilities across MEP construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Proven MEP construction experience
- 7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge
- 7+ years of Electrical trade specific knowledge
- 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
- 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
- 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
- demonstrate strong leadership
