Job Summary
Lead frontline delivery on a Pilbara civil earthworks and rehabilitation programme, coordinating supervisors and crews to safely execute scoped earthworks, drainage, grading and rehabilitation to client specifications. Act as Macro's senior site representative, ensure statutory compliance and quality controls, manage daily allocation of plant, labour and materials to protect the critical path, oversee handovers and variations, and embed environmental, heritage and rehabilitation controls across ground-disturbing works. Requires 10+ years of frontline civil/mining experience, WA WHS expertise, client-system familiarity, FIFO remote-site capability, and a current Construction Card and C-Class licence.
Required Qualifications
- Construction (White) Card
- C-Class licence
- Statutory supervision under WHS (Mines) legislation
- Experience leading frontline civil, earthworks or mining teams
- Proven delivery on remote Tier-1 sites
- Strong WA WHS knowledge and earthworks survey familiarity
