Job Summary
Superintendent in Logan, UT responsible for owning field operations, directing on-site workers, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Leads WCB on-site staffing, coordinates site/building schedules, maintains plans and specs, prepares RFIs, conducts weekly foreman meetings, and manages subcontractor scopes, safety programs, and on-site equipment. Works closely with the Project Manager as a complementary team, communicates with city/state officials, and enforces safety and quality controls while overseeing change directives, PO administration, and project documentation (as-builts, redline plans, etc.). Requires a BA/BS degree, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with tools like Timberline and Adobe Writer.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree from an accreted college
- Experience with Adobe Writer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage project schedule, budgets, and on-site safety
- Knowledge of site plans, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
- WCB site supervision experience or equivalent
- Detail-oriented and multitasking capabilities
