Job Summary
Live-in Superintendent to oversee maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of Midtown residential properties. Responsibilities include conducting routine property inspections, addressing maintenance deficiencies, performing apartment repairs and turnover work, managing work orders, coordinating with third-party vendors, supporting security procedures, responding to after-hours emergencies, and traveling between assigned properties. Requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of combined experience in building maintenance, cleaning operations, and customer service; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; proficiency with tools; and a valid Ontario G Driver’s License with ability to reside on-site.
Required Qualifications

- knowledge of electrical systems
- knowledge of plumbing
- knowledge of HVAC systems
- ability to use hand tools and power tools
