Job Summary
Direct daily job-site activities ensuring work completes safely, efficiently, and per project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and on-site construction activities. Implement and enforce safety programs, conduct meetings, and correct hazardous conditions. Monitor progress, complete field reports, track timecards, and communicate scheduling concerns. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors. Perform hands-on construction work including concrete forming, process piping installation, chemical-feed systems, and carpentry. Projects are concentrated regionally with little to no overnight travel. Requires 10+ years in water/wastewater or related fields, two years supervisory experience, and valid driver's license. Class A CDL is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of construction experience in water/wastewater, municipal, industrial, heavy civil, or a closely related field
- At least two years of construction supervisory or crew-leadership experience
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing for flatwork and walls
- Experience installing ductile iron process piping, mechanical systems, chemical-feed systems, or similar equipment
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, critical-path requirements, and material needs
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Class A CDL
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and job-site safety practices
- Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and manage employees and subcontractors
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to perform construction-related math and complex calculations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of up to 30 feet
