Job Summary
Superintendent responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project activities; supervises installation labor and subcontractors; collaborates with engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; develops training for employees; oversees QA and customer satisfaction; monitors costs, prepares and reviews schedules and reports, and ensures proper project close-out and paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Associate degree (2 year) or bachelor s degree (4 year) in a technical capacity is desirable
- Project Management experience. IT Project + or PMP certification desired
- Five years of experience in engineering and installation of low voltage systems, or related field
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, and operations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Understanding of job financial reports and the ability to control costs in the handling of large projects
- Experience with IT-related equipment (servers, databases, networking, etc.) is strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications
