Job Summary
Supervise field construction activities to ensure projects complete on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Direct field personnel, create and maintain construction schedules, and order materials while managing site logistics and final punch lists. Apply knowledge across multiple trades to identify hazards, rectify job site issues immediately, and promote safe work practices. Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers while conducting visual inspections of construction quality and materials. Traverse active job sites, climb ladders, and work in environments with exposure to noise, airborne particles, and extreme weather conditions. Duties are performed primarily on-site and in-office; this is not a remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production across all construction phases
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Organized with a systematic approach for accuracy and efficiency
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities
- Traverse construction-type terrain and active job sites
- Climb ladders and temporary stairways
- Conduct visual inspections of construction quality and materials
- Work in environments with exposure to noise, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and extreme weather conditions
- Duties are performed primarily on-site and in-office; this is not a remote role
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred (construction management or related field) or equivalent work experience
