Job Summary
Lead daily field execution on K–12 construction projects across Northern Michigan, coordinating trade sequencing, site logistics, and weekly trade coordination meetings while enforcing safety and occupied-building protocols. Plan 2–4 week look-ahead execution, verify schedule alignment with your Project Manager, and maintain detailed daily reports to drive quality closeout with minimal punch lists. Represent Clark professionally with district staff and administrators, ensuring safe, high-quality spaces are delivered within fixed opening day deadlines. Based in Alpena, this role requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction and K–12 environments, with proficiency in Phoenix, ProjectSight, and Bluebeam.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam
- Reliable transportation and mobility on active sites
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
