Job Summary
Lead daily field execution for K–12 construction projects across Northern Michigan, coordinating trade sequencing, enforcing safety protocols in occupied buildings, and maintaining schedule discipline. Plan 2–4 week look-ahead execution, verify schedule alignment with the Project Manager, and drive quality closeout with minimal punch lists. Represent Clark professionally with district staff and administrators while maintaining detailed daily reports. Based in Alpena, this role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience and proficiency with Phoenix and ProjectSight. You will coordinate weekly trade meetings and ensure compliance with academic schedules and opening-day deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam
- Reliable transportation and mobility on active sites
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- K–12 or occupied-building experience preferred
