Supervise various roofing projects daily, ensuring subcontractors comply with OSHA safety standards and that all necessary permits are visibly displayed at job sites. Verify material accuracy for each project, conduct comprehensive final inspections upon completion, and organize trips to procure additional materials or return excess to suppliers. Maintain consistent CRM updates with progress reports, including photos of each job site, while representing the company professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; ability to travel and work in-the-field essential.
