Superintendent - Insulation

Supervise crews to ensure production schedules, work orders, and assignments are achieved according to guidelines and timelines. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies to guide employees while reporting job and schedule status to management. Perform job site inspections to verify safety, examine equipment and construction progress, and resolve issues preventing work order completion. Conduct daily safety meetings, provide on-job training to workers, and oversee quality of work to report any discrepancies. This role requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may involve overtime and weekends. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with construction experience, and bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
