Job Summary
Remote Senior Superintendent overseeing multiple industrial construction projects with responsibility for safety, budgeting, scheduling, and client liaison. Leads field foremen and skilled trades, enforces MSHA/OSHA compliance, develops and monitors project plans, interfaces with owners, engineers, and general contractors, and travels extensively while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a superintendent or similar position (industrial construction preferred)
- Thorough understanding of legal construction requirements and MSHA/OSHA regulations
- Ability to read blueprints/schematic drawings, identify problems, and solve them efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to oversee and motivate diverse teams
- Ability to work long shifts, be on-call, and traverse/inspect all areas of a jobsite in various weather conditions, including the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, background check, MVR check, and physical screenings
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a strong plus
