Job Summary
Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion on ground-up industrial and warehouse developments. Direct and coordinate subcontractors to maintain production schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address challenges to minimize delays. Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and quality standards while enforcing OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite. Oversee manpower planning, equipment utilization, and site logistics through daily jobsite walks. Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities and third-party agencies. Utilize Procore to maintain daily reports, project documentation, and field communications. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience leading ground-up industrial or warehouse construction projects
- Demonstrated success managing subcontractors on complex commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control
- Experience coordinating inspections, permitting, and project closeout activities
- Proficiency with Procore and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Stable work history with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- Tilt-up warehouse construction experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
