Job Summary
Monitor construction projects for their entire lifecycle by conducting daily inspections, logging progress, and coordinating with subcontractors. Manage on-site administration including document review, schedule and cost tracking, and personnel supervision. Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly while providing project updates to the management team. This role involves hands-on technical participation in trades like concrete and carpentry. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction site management, principals, and practice
- Applicable education
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety guidelines for construction job sites
- Good understanding of construction operations and processes
- Basic proficiency in reading/reviewing construction plans/specs
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel
- Good Driving record
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, construction management or similar field
