Job Summary
Conduct field operations in assigned project areas, ensuring work is performed safely, timely, and in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents while coordinating subcontractor activities. Manage master schedules, create logistic plans, and mentor other Superintendents. Requires 8+ years of construction experience, 5+ years as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion, and 3+ years managing schedules. Full-time role in Cincinnati, Ohio, with competitive base salary and bonus program. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
- 8+ Years of proven construction experience
- 5+ years effectively coordinating subcontractor activities
- 3+ years experience helping to create a master schedule with a scheduler and managing the schedule during construction
- 3+ years experience with planning a project and creating logistic plans
- 2+ years experience with reading and understanding plans, specifications and subcontractor contracts
- 2+ years experience with mentoring and managing other Superintendents
