Job Summary
Oversee on-site operations for insulation and waterproofing projects: schedule material deliveries to align with monthly billings; issue, sign in/out materials at warehouse; manage job-site manpower; set daily productivity and quality expectations; review scope with site personnel; enforce safety procedures and daily JHAs; verify project readiness before scheduling crews; train foremen on proper installation and quality inspection; conduct daily site visits and weekly meetings, communicating with customers; maintain electronic job files and logs; coordinate housing for crews; utilize submittals and specs to stay informed on materials installed; provide ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; must meet insurability standards.
- 3+ years’ experience in fire-stopping materials, manufacturers, or related fields.
