Job Summary
Oversee all on-site construction activities for hotel projects, managing subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations from groundbreaking through final delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved, while enforcing job site safety standards and coordinating with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with trades and stakeholders to proactively resolve field issues. Requires 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience with a commitment to safety and quality. Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or large renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and drive project schedules
- Commitment to safety and quality on the job site
- Strong communication and leadership skills
