Job Summary
Own day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects (100+ units); manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and enforce quality and safety standards; collaborate with project managers during preconstruction and assume full site ownership; maintain schedule, identify issues proactively, and drive solutions; lead and develop assistant superintendents and project engineers on site.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of field experience on GC-side multifamily projects
- 100+ unit project experience required; 150+ preferred
- Hands-on, proactive, self-sufficient
- Humble, hungry, and hardworking — coachable but driven
