Superintendent - Heavy Highway

Lead and manage several Foremen on conducting work safely, productively, and focusing on quality for large Heavy Highway/roadway/Bridge projects. Set a Safety 24/7 culture, plan and assign work, appraise performance, and resolve problems in accordance with organizational policies. Assist the Project Manager in creating 90-day and 3-week schedules, oversee costs, and coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling, material needs, and subcontractors. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 6+ years of field management experience required.
