Job Summary
Oversee field operations in assigned project areas, ensuring work is performed safely, timely, profitably, and ethically in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents while managing work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution. Maintain a Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering and bring 5+ years of relevant experience. Located in Queens, NY, this full-time role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $180,000 annually with comprehensive insurance, 401k matching, and stock purchase plans.
