Superintendent - Healthcare

Superintendent for healthcare construction projects in New Jersey. Responsible for timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews. Duties include preparing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with Project Manager and client representatives, ensuring safety standards are implemented, directing subcontractor activities on ground-up construction, analyzing manpower/materials/equipment needs, enforcing field policies, preparing reports/forecasts, coordinating lock-out/tag-out with utilities, managing QA/QC and compliance with client engineering specifications, and overseeing safety and operations in the field. Requires 5+ years of field experience with supervisory responsibility and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills. Salary range $125K-$185K plus discretionary bonus; benefits listed; equal opportunity employer.
