Job Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in various settings while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. This role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. The Superintendent will manage field crews, coordinate with project managers, ensure timely completion of projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance to the team. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field services, with a proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively, and possess in-depth knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety standards.
