Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets; enforcing strict safety and infection control standards in active healthcare environments; coordinating with owners, architects, and project teams; and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements (preferred).
