Job Summary
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for commercial projects ranging from $20 million to $40 million, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure milestones are met. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment while conducting regular site inspections for quality control. Monitor and enforce project schedules to keep the project on track, and review construction drawings to ensure alignment with specifications. Resolve on-site conflicts promptly and maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Requires 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and in-depth knowledge of safety regulations. Competitive salary of $120,000 - $130,000 with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing commercial projects with values ranging from $20 million to $40 million
- Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and industry standards
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety standards on the job site
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and project specifications
