Job Summary
Direct all on-site field operations for assigned multi-family and commercial construction projects; lead daily/weekly job-site meetings with subcontractors and field teams; coordinate subcontractors and field crews to ensure efficient progress; enforce safety and quality standards per OSHA, drawings, specifications, and building codes; partner with Project Managers to align goals, schedules, budgets, and client expectations; monitor quality control and maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports; manage scheduling, logistics, and resource planning; support project closeout and turnover to clients with a high standard of site condition; travel within Cheyenne region as needed; Procore and Bluebeam proficiency preferred; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years of field experience in construction
- experience leading as a Superintendent or Foreman
- strong experience in multi-family construction; additional experience in commercial general contracting required
- OSHA certification required; other industry safety credentials are a plus
