Superintendent - General Construction / Buildings

Lead daily project field operations on commercial, municipal, and industrial building projects while coordinating subcontracted trades and overseeing self-performed scopes like concrete, utilities, and site work. Read and interpret drawings to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution aligned with plans and specifications. Conduct daily planning and subcontractor coordination meetings, monitor schedule progress, and maintain daily reports and field documentation. Collaborate closely with Project Managers on cost and schedule alignment to proactively address delays and reduce rework through improved daily planning discipline. Enforce schedule sequencing and maintain site safety and quality standards across varied project types within a 90-mile service radius.
