Job Summary
Lead weekly planning, prepare project schedules, and set production goals for crews while tracking progress through daily diaries. Supervise project foremen and assistant superintendents, directing daily work assignments, providing mentorship, and training crew members. Manage site logistics, equipment placement, material staging, and deliveries, while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project documentation. Own the QA/QC program, ensure work meets contract specifications, and maintain daily communication with inspectors, clients, and agency representatives. Perform risk assessments, identify hazards, and escalate technical or resource issues to resolve them. Requires 10+ years of progressive experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel nationwide up to 100% of the time on a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project execution with a large-scale self-performing general contractor, concrete contracting firm, or concrete/structural repair company
- at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in self-performing work
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices
- experience managing projects valued at over $3 million
- Proven ability to lead crews and drive successful outcomes on demanding, schedule-sensitive projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be willing to work from the project site up to 100% of the time
- Willing to travel nationwide and be present on-site according to a rotating schedule during project builds, including extended stays as necessary
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Willing to maintain flexible working hours as project demands require
- High School Diploma or GED
