Job Summary
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and documentation while enforcing safety policies and managing field personnel. Interpret construction drawings, approve invoices, and direct subcontractors to ensure work conforms to contract requirements and company standards. Oversee compliance with federal employment laws and manage large groups of personnel with little supervision. Requires 7 years of commercial construction management experience and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction and management of field personnel
