Job Summary
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and documentation while enforcing safety policies and managing field personnel. Direct subcontractors and supervisors to ensure work conforms to contract documents, inspecting quality and approving invoices. Prepare detailed plans, estimates, and transmittals using computer software to manage large groups with minimal supervision. Work long hours on rough terrain, occasionally lifting 50 pounds, while maintaining compliance with federal equal employment opportunity laws. Manage multiple projects during opening and closing phases, requiring strong communication and stress tolerance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction and management of field personnel
